Refund policy

Returns

We want you to feel confident about the artwork you purchase from Fauna Arts. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the artwork must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at faunaartsss@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Because Fauna Arts sculptures are delicate, one-of-a-kind objects, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and appropriate insurance when returning an artwork. Fauna Arts cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and has been inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Please keep in mind that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Sale and final sale items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or cancelled.

Any artwork included in a Final Sale collection, or otherwise clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase, is not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Each Fauna Arts sculpture is an individual, unique artwork, so an identical replacement is not possible.

If you would prefer a different available piece, you may return an eligible artwork under the standard return policy and place a new order separately.

Availability of another artwork cannot be guaranteed. Return shipping and shipping for the new order are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at faunaartsss@gmail.com.

Please include clear photographs of both the artwork and the packaging so we can assess what happened and arrange the appropriate solution.

Return address

Please contact us before returning an artwork.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide the return instructions and the correct return address.
